    We cannot thank Kirsty and the team enough for the support, compassion and care they showed us. We felt at ease immediately upon meeting Kirsty. All wishes discussed and considered. The team couldn't do enough for us all, nothing too much trouble. The funeral service was beautiful. We were truly taken care of from start to finish. Kirsty called us to check we were all ok which was very kind and thoughtful. Thanks also to our celebrant Lorna who was just perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

    John Fairest provided an excellent service throughout. Everything was done exactly as requested. Justine was friendly and efficient - kept me informed and explained everything. Sam contacted me the day before the funeral and went through the details of the day, greeted us on arrival, was smart, professional and kind. He ensured everything ran smoothly, informing me what would happen step by step. The flowers were lovely. It went exactly as I had hoped. I would recommend John Fairest.
