We, as a family, cannot thank you all enough for the services you have provided over the last 6 months, following the passing of both my mum and dad.
Dad requested a burial, which took place in August and mums cremation was held on Monday 21st March.

From the beginning of the process, Sherree and the rest of the team were outstanding. Attention to detail, with regard to the cars, flowers, Order of Service and the conducting of the service, by Andrew Platts, was 'second to none'. She had a wonderful send off.

Kirsty dealt with my Dad’s funeral then 3 months later my Mum’s. She is absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. She a loving gentle soul who clearly has passion, respect, understanding and genuine care for you at a very difficult and painful time. I cannot thank John Fairest enough for everything they have done with the loss of my parents

Everyone attending said the funeral was perfect, couldn’t have been better. Special praise went to the minister who gave an excellent and very thoughtful service. Also I must thank Sam Smith for his management and attention to detail in arranging funeral.

Sam was wonderful right from the start taking us through everything and explaining what would happen. A terribly sad time for anyone to go through, but when you're the last one standing and it's the first time you've had to arrange a funeral, makes it all the tougher. Sherree and the team at John Fairest made the task so much easier. They supported and advised me every step of the way. No detail was left untouched and the service was a beautiful and fitting tribute to a dear Mother.
