The team that attended on the day were excellent.  Great level of communication with us the family of the deceased and I personally felt very relaxed and at ease dealing with them.  It made the whole day much less stressful knowing they were managing the process in a professional and sympathetic manner.  Thank You

Although my Aunt had a pre paid plan there are still lots of things that need organising and arranging.
Sherree and the rest of the staff guided us through the process and the day of the funeral was a very fitting tribute to a special lady.

We have always used John Fairest for family funerals so when our dad George Higgins sadly passed away on 7th Feb 2022 it was dads wishes to have John Fairest and we abided by his wishes. Sheree looked after everything for us and put my mind at rest that my sister who is in a wheelchair could travel in the limousine with rest of family. She was very polite and friendly and so very smart. She took care of our dad and shaved him. She kept in touch with us. On the day of dads funeral Sheree was so very smart and showed respect to dad and ourselves. She took great care of my sister and helped her into and out of the Limousine and she didn’t rush anyone. She laid the flowers out in the hearse beautifully. The drivers were top class too and it was lovely to have Michael drive dad in the Hearse. He was also driver for our mums funeral a few years before.  So very polite and friendly. Such a heartbreaking day but everything went smoothly and dad would have been over the moon with how everything was handled. Thank You all at John Fairest.
