We were supported from start to finish by Kirsty
Kirsty guided us through the process and allowed time for us to consider our options and implement our wishes.
The communication was brilliant, we truly felt supported throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble their kindness in our moment of grief was exceptional.
Our minister (Ben) listened and discussed our eulogy, he then delivered what we had asked for making the service as good as it could be

Ive recently lost my dad and he had already prepaid for his funeral . I first met Rhona a member of staff who works there and she was brilliant . Rhona went above and beyond to make sure i could see my dad before his day , she also went out of her way to make me feel so so comfortable and at ease on dads day .
I dont know the other members of staffs names but all i can do i thank each and every one of them for making me feel comfortable as can be every time i visited and the day itself .
Thankyou so so much for everything . It perhaps sounds weird but i will be back down to see them all when i place my dad and my moms name in the book of rememberance . Xxxx

What excellent service we received, Sophie was amazing so kind and compassionate and very sensitive to our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
 Rhonda too was excellent on the day of Nicks funeral supporting and caring every step of the way. The team were very respectful to Nick and lovely with us. They care and that shows. Mum wanted to use John Fairest as she used them when her husband passed away in 2010, & we couldn’t fault anything.  But I couldn’t say the same for Mum.  Three days before her funeral we had to contact John Fairest about seeing Mum in the Chapel of Rest as no one had been in touch with me to arrange this. When we did get to see Mum the way she was present was not good. Her hair was wet not combed how she wore it, the way they had left her hands show was not good, it was like they had just put her there 5 mins before we arrived. After talking to another Funeral Home we were informed Mum should have been put in the Chapel of Rest a few hours before we had arrived to help with her body temperature. She should have been presented a lot better than this.
