Maxine was extremely, kind, considerate, helpful and friendly. I can not thank her enough for all the help she gave me before and after my husbands funeral. All the arrangements were carried out beautifully. Maxine made the whole process easy for the family and especially for me. Claire also was very professional, kind and considerate during the actual funeral held at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium, and I thank her very much.

I cannot praise the quality of service we have received from Co-op Funeralcare, Ecclesall Road, highly enough. We have been treated kindly and with respect from the first enquiry we made to Maxine following the death of my mother. Maxine has gone the extra mile for us on everything she has done and her care and attention to detail both for us and for my Mum has been outstanding.
We also have nothing but praise for Claire, the Funeral Director and her colleagues on the day of the funeral and for Clive, the celebrant, who gave Mum such a lovely send off. I feel Mum herself would have been delighted with the service provided. A heartfelt thank you to all involved. We have really appreciated everything you've done for us at such a difficult time and would always give you the highest recommendation.

It was a prepaid funeral and went just as the deceased would have wanted. It was a dignified send off and the vicar was marvellous.

I have nothing but praise for the service we received from Maxine and her team regarding the advice, planning, and support for my Mums funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, and Maxine was so kind and patient with us, and talked us through all the options. She really was a star!

In fact the whole team, Clare etc (sorry I can't remember everyone's names) was also wonderful. You made a really hard day for our family so much easier. A huge THANK YOU to all of you.

We had a very good service from Co-op Funeral services. We were seen very quickly when my daughter had to go back home to Scotland on the same day. The team were extremely friendly and caring and went out of their way to help. There was some problem in getting the proof for the order of service right, but we got there in the end!

Had a very good experience with Coop Funeralcare on Ecclesall Road. Our funeral director made a great deal of effort to make sure that arrangements were made that met the family's wishes and we were treated with a high standard of care and respect

Very disappointed that the policy sold to my Uncle for a burial didn't cover the basic cost . Long wait for a funeral date . Positive were the staff especially those at Surrey Street and Claire who attended on the Day
