We were very pleased with the excellent care, attention to detail and tone of all communication from co-op funeral services , Herries Road, Sheffield. They were kind, considerate, helpful and respectful at all times. The recommendation of the Celebrant was excellent as she was  a perfect match for our requirements and a very good speaker. 
The limousine drivers, attendants and staff all performed to a very high standard and were perfectly presented, professional and considerate. All guests commented on how well the service and process went from start to finish.
Wh could not have expected any better.

Very good , kind and understanding funeral directors. Sophie on the day of the funeral was fantastic. 
Coop does need to get a bit more modern in terms of how they accept media such as songs and photos though. Having to email individual photos instead of just doing something like wetransfer did seem very old fashioned.

What can I say everyone here was so helpful . They made such an awful time easier . The service was brilliant our funeral director claire was amazing and sally our celebrant was wonderful. Everyone played a part in making my husbands funeral what it was a good send off for a lovely man . All I can say is Thankyou from the bottom of my heart xx sue Alflat

My family and I were very pleased with the funeral care services received from Lisa Varley and her team at Herries Road, Sheffield. All members of staff were extremely courteous, considerate, prompt in their communications (by phone, email and in-person) and sensitive to our needs - giving clear and consistent explanations of the care process at every stage. We are particularly grateful to Lisa for the way she liaised with the local hospital's mortuary service team so that my late father's body could lie in the Chapel of Rest as soon as possible, despite the significant constraints that she was dealing with as a result of the aftermaths of the Covid-19 pandemic in the South Yorkshire region. Additionally, the attention to detail taken over dressing my late father's body, according to the family's specific requests and preferences, was exemplary. Lastly, on the day of the funeral itself, we could not have asked for better support - from the very careful driving and pall bearing assistance, through to Lisa's leadership and co-ordination of her directorial and stewardship duties: at the family home; the Church; and the cemetery's burial site. As we say in Sheffield: Co-op Funeralcare, Herries Road, "You did us proud!" Thank you.

On the whole a good service, but continuity problem due to staff control due to illness.
Dealt with sympathetically, Mum looked well cared for apart frI'm hair needing a brush or curling.
Flowers looked lovely but have not quite lasted a week in grave many have died.
To behones t not as good a service as when man died,e and everything done now find own stone mason , no mention notification in obituaries,etc.
Paying more for less.
Having said that can't fault people .
Drivers were lovely as was attendant instructing us at the actual funera l.
People who collected mum were also courteous, sympathetic and handled mum with care and dignity.
