The staff members, Lisa, Deborah and Karen at the Co-op were amazing. Lisa looked after our arrangements and was patient and kind and helped us through the most difficult journey of our lives. She was there every step of the way. From the amazing design of the coffin to the order of the service all our wishes were taken into consideration and accommodated if possible. Our daughter was cared for with the upmost respect. On the day of the service Lisa was there to look after and guide us to ensure that the day went smoothly. We couldn't have wanted for a more perfect day.

I would highly reccomend the Co-op, the level of service was impeccable and also the cost was very competitive.

I think that the care from the staff at the co op herries Road Sheffield was excellent so caring and thoughtful nothing was too much trouble I would recommend them to any body lovely people and the aftercare follow up was also really nice I cant thank them enough and if this msg is going directly to those kind people maybe they would be kind enough to send me a brochure many thanks Yvonne Godfrey xxx

I am leaving this review for my mother as she is not great with the tech of today.
The Co-op Funeral care on Herries rd looked after my mother’s partner of 24 years.
Donald Owen’s service at Shiregreen Cemetery.
The service was a beautiful ceremony and a fitting tribute to his life’s memories.
People who went and others in the streets commented on how lovely it was or what they had heard .
We highly recommend their services in your delicate time of need.
We would also like to thank all they staff that stepped up to help us in their condolences and professionalism keeping us up to date with every step of this process that no one is ever really ready for.

The second time in 12 months that we have used the services of the Herries Road Co-op for a funeral.
Once again they helped us through a difficult time with all the care and compassion you could hope for. Everything was dealt with and the day went without a hitch.
Hopefully we will not be using their services for a while now but I would not hesitate to recommend them to look after your loved ones on this last journey

I thought they were good but they shocked me when I was told I could pay half & the other half later. The very next day I was told I had to pay it all upfront as they had done a credit check. They never said that during our initial meeting. Who does a credit check for a funeral. I had to scramble around to get the funds together. All we wanted was to give my husband a good sendoff & it just spoilt it for us
