I couldn't have hoped for a better day. A lovely send off for my mum. Lisa our funeral director was truly an amazing lady, as well as all who contributed to the day going to plan. Kind and respectful.
Always supportive, calling to see how we were, without a doubt a professional caring lady. Coop should be very proud to have found such dedicated beautiful person/people.

I was looked after with such care and in a friendly, professional and dignified manner. Every aspect of funeral options were discussed clearly with myself and my immediate family. I was involved in all decision making and help was provided where needed. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble.

I wanted the funeral and service to be about my husband and for it to be his day.
and this was achieved in all aspects. In fact everything was exactly what I had asked for down to the last detail. My family and myself would like to thank all involved. With special thanks to Lisa our funeral director who organised everything to perfection and to Lorna who made the service to celebrate the life of my husband very special.

Every contact was handled in a respectful manner. The funeral planning was simple to do and all our wishes were granted, even going the extra mile and finding motorbike flowers for us. The funeral itself, from the cars to the service was seamless. I would recommend this funeral home. Lisa was excellent.

Lisa was excellent her knowledge and experience was comforting to us we were in no doubt everything would be as we expected. After th funeral Lisa was in touch with some un left issues but again she kept us informed and this is now resolved .
