Special thanks to Graham, Sam and Claire, we were looked after from the minute we rang the Coop to advise of Mums passing until we were dropped off at the wake. Then we received a courtesy call the day after funeral. I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, dignity, and being so caring. We were asked at the funeral who we had used as people were so impressed. Thank you once again

Through every step of preparing for mum’s funeral and afterwards, the help and support from the Wickersley staff (Sam & Mark )has been wonderful.
The celebrant, Craig Tyler, gave a caring and professional address at the funeral , a fitting goodbye to her. 
The flowers , ordered during checking arrangements  , were perfect.

After years if using a family firm if undertakers my brother had opted for co op to do his pre paid plan.
Just so pleased he did . From the initial phone call to the follow up call after the funeral was nothing but understanding and empathy.
Sam ward felt like a friend by the time.it was all sorted.
The lady undertaker who we only met on the day was so nice.
The whole experience was very professional and caring.

Sam at Co op Wickersley, Rotherham was very helpful and supportive to us during our grieving and the arrangement of my Dads funeral; it was not easy as we don’t live locally so a lot was done by email and telephone and Sam was always clear and helpful in communicating the process. It was tricky trying to navigate the uploading of photos for the video presentation and Sam literally talked me through it and did the final checking herself. The funeral attendants were very kind and dignified on the day of the funeral and called the day before to make sure we understood how the funeral would progress. Very smart Jaguar funeral cars.

Pleased with the quick, no fuss procedure we encountered. Jacinta was a pleasure to deal with - pleasant, professional, direct, quick to understand what we wanted, all in the right measure.
Arrangements were made quickly and chasing up info from the GP to provide to the coroners office happened as offered.  All expedited well.  Would highly recommend the Wickersley office. Everything explained simply & clearly with compassion.

Losing a loved one, the worst feeling in the world and to arrange a funeral is mind boggling at a time when your head isn't functioning. From start to finish I felt looked after and my partner, Steve, whom I lost, was spoken about in the person. I will always appreciate the kindness, care and professional way that every detail was handled, even down to the graphics team who produced a special service card. Jacinta has a wonderful manner and kept me informed all the way of what was happening or of what I needed to do. On the day, Graham, who lead my partner's funeral procession was again professional but so courteous and kind. Steve would have been chuffed!
