Very Caring, helpful service, from the team who collected my hubby from home, the office staff dawn and jules. Graham who helped the family arrange the service and his team who took great care of my hubby on the day of his funeral. Also contacted the person I specifically asked to conduct the service. Nothing was to much trouble. The whole team at Rotherham made what was a difficult time, my hubby dying so suddenly, a whole lot easier to bear. I cannot praise them enough.

We used the coop for our mothers funeral as she had used them for her parents and had been really pleased with their service.
The staff kept us informed of all the different processes throughout the period leading up to the funeral and dealt with everything in a very caring and understanding manner.
Would definitely recommend

Funeral arrangements were very good.

We were disappointed that the photograph in a frame did not arrive with my dad's coffin. Other than that, the service was a beautiful send off for my dad, however, we did arrange some of the service, therefore not all credit can be given to CO - OP. I would recommend CO- OP Funeral Services and will be considering purchasing plans for my wife and I

Co-op Funeral Care Rotherham are a credit to their profession. They were incredibly kind, empathetic, supportive, and helpful during what was our first time arranging a funeral. The whole team did a marvellous job and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The funeral was for our elderly cousin, Muriel Savage. It was only a small amount of people who attended but the whole arrangements from beginning to end were perfect. Please thank all your colleagues at Rotherham and also the young lady vicar, Karen, for excellent services rendered.

Staff were helpful and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. They fully accommodated our needs. The funeral service was lovely and went smoothly. The overall service by the Co-op staff was excellent and would definitely recommend them.
