The experience I had with booking a funeral with co-op was very easy and straightforward. The staff are very empathetic and compassionate and so helpful, nothing is too much to ask. They kept me up to date at all times. The celebrant and the team who manned the hearse and coffin were very professional and caring. The service ran very smoothly. I would recommend and use again.

I was happy with the service I received. I was especially impressed with the sense of care and compassion for my loss. All the arrangements were made in a professional way, and everything went smoothly on the day. Absolutely prompt arrival at the time due to my house. This really helped me stay calm. I was able to get through the hardest day of my life with a sense of purpose to show my love and honour for my beloved husband. I felt utterly devastated when he died, but this ceremony conducted with precise timing and sensitivity helped to get me through. Thank you for this.

The only thing that spoiled the funeral was when we picked up the ashes my wife was in a polythene bag and in a cardboard box.
Not a very dignified home coming for my dear wife.
