Kelly from Greasbrough funeralcare was very friendly and made us feel relaxed and at ease. She went through our options and kept us informed of what would happen and when. We have still to plan a memorial and we know that Kelly will give us any help or advice that we may need in the arrangements. Thank you Kelly.

We received care and consideration throughout the planning and delivery of the funeral of my mum. She was treated with respect and the thoughtful touches of wanting to know about her likes, what sort of person she was made me feel that she was in good hands. The funeral itself was just as we wanted it. We were put at ease and reassured during the planning and everyone we came into contact with was lovely. Thank you.

We arrived at our local branch in Greasbrough only to find our appointment was actually at the branch in town. Justine immediately put us at ease and told us she could deal with us where we were. She talked us through our options and made sure we got what we wanted. She kept us in touch with what was happening. Very polite and dignified service on the day, Mark was always there when I needed advice. The only worry I had was contacting the church clerk, I had to sort that out because co-op funeral directors didn't have the number

The service provided by the Co-Op was perfect, the celebrant Craig gave us a beautiful service that portrayed my mum perfectly, the understanding , compassion and communication from both Sam and Jane and the funeral directors was excellent.
