From start to finish, the team were professional, kind and caring, and guided us gently through the process at such a difficult time. Orders of service were beautiful and celebrant choice, perfect. Everything was exactly right. We were kept informed by phone and email at every point in the process and took comfort in the knowledge that the team genuinely cared about both our loved one and ourselves.

Absolutely outstanding team. Kelly was fabulous, she went above and beyond. Sam is doing a great job training her. Alison provided a wonderful service and the Sheffield Wednesday letter was an absolutely magic touch. Mark and team were meticulous and sensitive and together they provided a beautiful send off. Can’t thank them enough. It was just beautiful.

From the first phone call all the team have been amazing and very compassionate. We had some issues with registering my dad’s death. They sorted this out with all the relevant  agencies to make sure I wasn’t worried and the funeral could take place on time . All the family are very grateful for the care and attention paid to my dad and all the family. The celebrant included in the package by coop was brilliant. The funeral was beautiful. Thank you all for making a difficult time as comfortable as you did .

From the first meeting to plan the funeral to collecting the ashes the staff at Co-op Mexborough have been brilliant and could not do enough for us. They called to keep us informed on what was happening to my mum who had passed away. The person in charge of the funeral on the day rang to confirm he knew all of our wishes and it all went to plan. Thank you

Couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle my Mums funeral, everything was organized just the way Mum wanted it. Special thanks to Sam at Mexbough Funeral Care for keeping me informed every step of the way and keeping me calm all the time when she knew how anxious I was, and to Alan Leonard the specialist funeral celebrant who spoke about Mum with such warmth and humor as if he had known her all his life.

A lovely lady Sam who looked after us from beginning to end. We had a few bumps along the way but together we got through everything. Sam was very caring but also very professional in her approach. Everything ran very smoothly on the day of the cremation. The celebrant who was recommended by Sam was absolutely superb. Thankyou to everyone involved.

Coop funeral care Mexborough looked after my dad's funeral on 25th January 2022. From my initial phone call to them to the after care they have given us has been outstanding. Myself and my mum cannot thank them enough for the respect and care they showed my dad and the care and compassion given to our family. Sam and Graham are a credit to the company and we are eternally grateful to them. Thank you so much

Both Sam & Graham were very helpful,kind and considerate and made sure that the family's wishes were carried out. The person recommended for the service celebrating Ronald's life, Alan, was also good he gave the right tone in the reading of the eulogy of Ronald's life.
The limousine and hearse were clean and all of the staff in attendance were very considerate and well turned out. At all times the family were given any support needed.
