Jacqui and all the staff at WE Pinder give such exquisite care it has been a real pleasure to meet them and have them look after both of my parents. We cannot speak too highly of W E Pinder & Son who dealt with the funeral arrangements for our son Mark Russell Hercock.

John Pinder handled everything for us and from our first contact to the funeral itself, John demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail.

In our grief we had every confidence that all matters would be addressed and that we would not have to worry about anything.

John is very professional: he guided us through every aspect of the arrangements but in a relaxed and informal way that made us feel comfortable.

The service in Holy Trinity Church, Everton and the burial in Everton Cemetery were handled meticulously and the whole proceedings gave us great comfort.

At a time of extreme sorrow we cannot thank John and his colleagues enough for all that they did for us.

We strongly recommend W E Pinder & Son without reservation.

We chose Pinders to carry out the Funeral arrangements for our Mum and I can honestly say that the service they offered was exceptional, they took a bit part of the stress away from us and just got on with dealing with everything.
