From the first time we met John to arrange pre-paid funerals for my my parents he was very professional and caring. Unfortunately we had to call on John's services sooner than we expected when my father passed away suddenly. From the first phone call to John after the death to the after care we received, he was excellent in making what was a very sad and difficult time easier for the family especially mum. I had no previous experience or knowledge of what I had to do in my situation. I am so pleased that I chose Pinders Funeral Directors as they took all the problems that arose,  worked through the options I had, and sat down with me to help me feel comfortable with my decision.  Within a day I felt as though they were part of my family and this made me feel very assured that my wishes would be upheld. My husband was given the highest respect and was lovingly cared for.  Jaquie was our dedicated member of the team and I felt very comfortable with her dealings with us. The whole day went without a hitch all of Pinders staff were very professional at all times and very courteous which made the whole day run very smooth It was a very distressing day for all of my family as you can imagine but in reflection it was clear we had made the right choice Thank you John and your team
