We can’t thank Tom and the fellow staff at W E Pinder enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during a difficult time. From the very first conversation, they made the process feel manageable, treating us with genuine empathy and patience. Every detail was handled thoughtfully and respectfully, allowing us to focus on honouring our Mother's memory without additional stress.

Their guidance was clear and supportive throughout, and they were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. The service itself was beautifully arranged, and it was clear that they truly understood how important it was to get everything just right.

I would wholeheartedly recommend W E Pinder to anyone looking for a funeral service that is sensitive, dignified, and personal.

Thank you so much for such an efficient, caring service for our dad. Michael was excellent, took over the organisation and guided us through the whole process with compassion but also with some humour. The whole funeral service went very smoothly. Many thanks also to Tom for putting together the photo reels with music.

Loosing one parent was bad enough but loosing both within  a 16 months period is quite an emotional rollercoaster.
Once again WE Pinders made the whole funeral process a lot easier to deal with.

If you are in the unfortunate position in having to arrange a funeral I would highly recommend these guys. You and your loved one would be in safe hands. I highly recommend Pinders. I have used them twice. Their attention to detail is superb and nothing is too much trouble.they are really caring and go out of their way to help you make the process and arrangements go smoothly.  You are dealing with a close knit family business and other staff can answer queries if your nominated contact is not available. They are professional and caring in equal measures and easy to deal with.

It is never easy nor nice to have to deal with the myriad of complications surrounding the death of a loved one. However, John and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating.
