I thought what we paid for, was very expensive , compared to a local undertaker I got a quote from after the funeral.
I actually went to my neighbors funeral the other day, and they had a lot more value than ours and was a lot cheaper,
So not very impressed with your charges, thankyou.

My brother and I were extremely impressed with the way we were looked after by Mark. He did everything possible to help and guide us through what was a very sad experience with such warmth and professionalism. From organising the funeral, to sorting out flowers for us, helping me with personal effects I wanted to go with mum and for the careful way mum was taken to her final resting place. We couldn’t have asked for better care and support. Thank you so much Mark

From the onset following my mother’s passing the funeral director Shaun, guided and supported our family. This enabled us to ponder and plan, to meet our mother’s last wishes and to celebrate her passing and life on what would have been her 94th year. Thank you

Although a very sad and emotional time I felt we were given the very best service from start to finish. Hi All staff from co-op funeral services were great and polite. John the lead was very comforting and made you feel comfortable at a very difficult time in life. Unfortunately the vicar was very poor, he did not reflex what we gave him regarding the grandchildren's memories. His presentation was very uninspiring which actually led to the family making comments on how poor the whole service was. I have attended many services and found the officiant from funeral services to be more inspiring than the vicar, who was very poor and left you feeling he would rather not be there.

Mark and Clare did an excellent job of organising my dads funeral .
Both were very professional ensuring we were all taken care of on the day. Wonderful service from start to finish.

Arranged the funeral as per the deceased wishes . At the cremation the officiant then preceded to ask the funeral party, if anyone wished to say anything and if anyone wanted to carry the coffin into the crem.  Totally against the deceased wishes.  Whilst the person who arranged and paid for the cremation tried to stop the officiant she totally ignored them.
This is exactly the same as she did 4 weeks prior with the deceased persons wife. 
Ignored the deceased persons wishes and wanted her own ideas totally unprofessional, standards have dropped. It was a family tradition to use the coop but I would not use them again unless standards and professionalism greatly improve .  Very disappointed with the service

I was happy with most of the work, thank you. My hopefully constructive feedback will help to understand my scoring. 1. We got different information each time we rang, ie Marie said we need to send a green slip to you, gent said not, another lady said they would send certificate of death to us but a John said the documents would come from the coroner. 2. John kindly informed me that he knew what he was talking about due to his 30 years in the business - not really appropriate to gesticulate at a time when all i needed was to be listened to and receive the right information delivered compassionately. 3. Your letter to me contained an error and your editorial proof had the wrong date of death - these could have been avoided if attention to detail had been employed. As i say, your service is very good and i would like to give you some positive feedback - a) overall staff are polite and spoke with empathy. b) Shaun was very professional during our home visit and we didn't feel pressured into purchasing extras we did not need. c) Sharon, the celebrant, is a delight and very knowledgeable. d) The funeral went without a hitch and we felt very looked after. Thank you.
