The service from cooperative funeral care was excellent. The support and assistance throughout from funeral planning and preparation to the service on the day was above and beyond expectations. The whole team were respectful and welcoming showing attention to detail and empathy at all times. This was a great help to the whole family at such a difficult time. I thank the whole team for a job well done.

The whole staff at the Armthorpe branch performed an excellent service from start to finish. This also includes the staff on the day of the funeral. Professional from the start of the process. Excellent communication throughout. Tracy in the Armthorpe office was a lovely lady. Nathan, who managed the funeral was fantastic. He was kind, caring and 100% professional but in a very relaxed way.

I felt the whole team at Armthorpe and Doncaster were so caring and efficient. Tracy and Tania at Armthorpe covered everything we needed to know to make my Mums funeral run smoothly. Mark at Doncaster who escorted the hearse was very kind and respectful as were the team that assisted him on the day. It was worthy of my Mum and made the day bearable under the sad circumstance. The celebrant recommended by Co-op was excellent, so caring and thoughtful in her words. Thank you .

They did everything possible to make the whole event of my fathers passing as stress free as possible.
