I would have given five stars however, there was a mix up regarding where my sister was.I thought Doncaster site and only knew when an upset niece phoned me.
Even so I would recommend Co-op funeral Directors without hesitation .
All staff I communicated with were polite and professional from start to finish.

The team at COOP Funeralcare Carcroft look after you like you are one of their own family and you cant ask for more than that. They are very professional but very sensitive throughout and every request or issue is dealt with the minimum of fuss so you dont have to worry about anything. As a family, we can only once again say a massive thanks to Shaun, Shelly and Laura for their efforts in making a really difficult time that little bit easier for us.

The funeral care people were very good in sorting out mams funeral.
The lady who ran the shop in Skellow could not have been more helpful, coming in on her day off so I see mam one last time.

The staff were very supportive and friendly.

I was executor for my father's will and had to sort out his funeral. My father had a pre paid funeral plan with the Co Op, they were excellent everything was straight forward. Shaun and his colleagues were brilliant and Sharon Needham did the reading at crematorium a big THANKS to all for doing a great job

The Co-operative Funeral Care  were absolutely wonderful they could not have done more if the had tried.  They were helpful, sympathetic, supportive, everything we could have wished.  Nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to be there for us.  All the staff were lovely but would like to give a special thank you to Jenni, Shaun and Shelly also to the celebrant David Hayes who did a wonderful service, so thank you everyone from all the family
