Would like to thank all the staff at coop funeral service for all the love and care you gave to both mum Jean Arnott and family at such a difficult time. All staff was there with any questions we had regarding mums funeral or any other issues we had and nothing was too much trouble. They made Mum Jean look amazing and give her dignity ,respect at all time’s couldn’t thank them enough. Definitely would recommend them  A++++ Janine..

Everything went well. I liked the fact that I wasn't pressed into anything. We had a simple funeral. Still £4,000 ..The 2 female staff were excellent; patient, helpful, friendly, good listeners. The hearse sparkled and was on time. The slight mistake was the donation box.. which was misunderstood. Shelter Box was the charity chosen which was read as " Shelter"... box required. Donations were made by my family at the private Cremation..the cash handed to me outside and no box to take to the next venue for over 100+ people. It cost the charity alot of money..The incident is irrelevant to the rest of the arrangements. My family have always used the Co-op Funeral Services and will again .
