At a very distressing time your wonderful team helped and gently advised us of our options. We didn’t have a clue as to what we were doing and whilst advising us we were made to feel in charge at all times of our loved ones funeral.  We were treated with care and respect as was Dennis who had a very dignified send off on his next journey. Ron and Rose and the whole team were superb in supporting us through the arrangements for my Dad's cremation. Their attention to detail was impressive but it was their genuine empathy and pragmatism which helped to make Dad's service such a celebration of his life. Highly professional but with that human touch, Co-op funeral care made a terrible situation a comfort to us all.

Great care and respect from the Funeralcare team in Barnsley. Slightly let down by annoying contact from the Co-op’s financial services team which was unexpected, unwanted and unfortunately didn’t have some information quite right when they called.

Staff were outstanding showing respect to my late husband and my family - nothing was too much trouble for them and  they showed lots of patience and empathy 
Angela kept us informed of everything as it was happening and she made it clear we could contact her for anything we needed and she worked along the priest and Decon on our behalf which was greatly appreciated
