A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and support provided for my father's funeral. From our initial meeting to the ceremony itself, the level of guidance, support, and professionalism we received was unparalleled. The team handled every nuance of the day with grace and respect.

What really stood out was how you balanced professionalism with genuine care and even good humour - qualities Dad would have greatly appreciated and that made a difficult experience that bit more bearable. In situations like this, words can hardly express gratitude, suffice to say thank you for treating my family and my Dad as if they were your own, and for the dignity you brought to his final 'goodbye'.

Very good however it would have been improved if the coffin could have been carried into church rather than wheeled on a trolley. I quite understand the need for a trolley in the church yard but not when taking her into church

I have never arranged a funeral before and the situation was not made any easier as I live in Norfolk and my Grandma's funeral took place in Barnsley. Samantha and her colleagues were so helpful. I could not have had a better team of people supporting and guiding me.

I was really impressed by the service that the Coop provided. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. They sorted everything out and nothing was too much trouble. On the day everything ran like clockwork . The flowers were beautiful, the celebrant they provided was really lovely and the music and the crem service was just perfect for my mum. I would particularly like to thanks Olivia who did most of the organising and Sam who was our funeral director on the day. Olivia was such a good communicator and kept me informed of everything during the organising of the funeral. Sam was so lovely on the actual day and the little touches like bowing her head to mums coffin and the dignity she demonstrated made me cry as it was so beautiful. I would recommend the Coop Funeral service without hesitation . They made what can be a very difficult time so much easier and stress free.  Hilary McDaid
