Everything dealt with by larkhall was excellent however the team who dealt with us on the day had the wrong details of music and despite telling them the day before, they still played wrong music. Rather than the rachmaninoff piano concerto I requested (I supplied link for same) they played "All by myself" which I felt was most inappropriate and quite insulting.

The whole Team was amazing . My mum died while on holiday in Larkhall she loved that place she would travel up 4-6 times a year to see her friends. So it was only right to cremate her up there. We all lived in London so your team was so helpful and very understanding and making us feel comfortable too with her passing. Many Thanks Tina

Thank you for organising Baxter’s funeral,everything went smoothly and the humanist Steven was brilliant, he did a great job with not a lot of information. The lady who drove our car was one of the nicest people I’ve met and very helpful and professional.

All staff at Co op Funeral care in Larkhall are professional, sensitive and respectful to the needs of their clients.
Everyone, from Andy who helped us organise the funeral,to Declan and other staff members who were with us on the day to say our final farewell to dad, made it easier for us to cope at such a difficult time. ,
I would highly recommend them as they will help and guide you through the process which can be such a distressing time.

From start to finish I was treated extremely well. Every element of the funeral explained and very well communicated. 

Only thing I would change is to have a photograph on screen in the crematorium, it was a generic picture of a thistle. Not offensive but not personal either. I would rather have had a black screen.  Co-op should explain this and encourage family to have personal photo on.
