Getting to view our mum was an issue ,as we were told it was viewing in office hours ,we did manage to get a viewing on Saturday, we said mum didn't wear makeup ,on first viewing our mum looked like a clown,we were told it would be seen to on the Sunday, went back on Monday, she still looked the same nothing had been done ,between mari and myself we got mum looking like herself ,thank goodness as my brother and sister were upset at first viewing ,I've previously dealt with cumnock funeral care for 3 relatives and never had an issue ,one of the questions family's should be asked when making arrangements is does the person wear makeup ,would save family's witness what we did .
