This is the second time we have worked with the Hamilton Co Op funeral care team and I would really like to call out Vicki Jackson. Vicki has been outstanding and showed real care when dealing with the family and making sure our wishes are made a reality. She is a credit to the company and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Hi i put average as im not local my sister lives dubai brother Malta, me in England we all decided to come early to see my father, we have all said we would have liked to see my father several times, before funeral day monday, just wasnt possible on your side, really poor service regarding this, otherwise funeral was excellent Derek was amazing and all staff.

The service we received was first class, Vicky was excellent and very professional. Everything was done with care and compassion. On the day of the funeral Aiden was great as well. It all went so smoothly. Thank you again for all yous did for our family.

My Mum and I were very happy with the service from Coop Hamilton, from start to finish. Roni and Aidan in particular (our main contacts) were sensitive, supportive and caring, whilst undertaking their roles in an efficient manner. Everything was explained to us and it was easy to make contact with them (by phone or email) when any queries arose. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic and easy to deal with . Unfortunately a few hiccups occurred as in cars arriving late , not 12-45 as stated which resulted in late to service. 50 extra order of service cards paid for but not received ( resolved) but we will have to pass them on 10 days after my dad's funeral. We have not received an invoice regarding prices for all services provided.. mum's funeral last year went perfect, dad's not so much.

Vicki, Ronnie and Aidan and the rest of the Coop Crew were top notch at providing care of the deceased and support to the family at a difficult time. 

The funeral arrangement, chapel of rest and funeral directing was superb. 

I have had three family funerals with the Coop and I would not go anywhere else. They are friendly and can offer a bespoke package for your loved one.

Order of service was a muddle, flowers not removed from coffin before committal during service, not offered an Urn and received ashes in a paper bag, being chased for payment that was made 2 weeks prior, submitted 2 complaints neither of which have been answered - all very upsetting at this time
