Disappointed with flowers provided however Roni who was dealing with us dealt with this on our behalf and I received a lovely bouquet from the florist as an apology

I would like to say a massive thank to the team in Hamilton. From the minute we walked through the door they helped and supported my family. The attention to detail and the nothing is a problem approach was great. Roni was fantastic and supported me with all I was organising making sure everything was covered. The team were always there and the care of my brother was brilliant and being able to visit when we wanted meant we had time to say goodbye the way we wanted. On the day Gordon and the team were on hand and spoke us through everything and the send off my brother got was perfect. I genuinely can't thank the team enough for the help and support they provided us.

From start to finish we were welcomed, put at ease, comforted and listened to.  Our extended family always use the Co-op.  They do the job….and more.  We have had a few bereavements recently…all young….  We know if we need them, they are there. Nothing is too much trouble.  Roni and Vicki work well together and complement each other.  Gordon and the team are so pleasant and were just so smart and professional on the day of my sister’s funeral 4/12/23.   We have now become friends with the team.  For me and my family, there simply is no other choice …..let me sum up in a wee poem…..

OVER AND ABOVE THEY GO
THE TEAM AT THE HAMILTON CO
