This was my first funeral to organise, and the Co-op made it as easy for me as they could. They were always available if I had any queries, and provided a friendly service. The funeral ceremony itself was very repectful and dignified, I really can have no complaints whatsoever.

Pre-arranged service many years ago, but extremely helpful having had everything thought through before, and I would highly recommend this service to everyone as soon as they think about making any arrangements. Get it done without delay..... you never know when you will need it!
Declan, the funeral director is a very caring and helpful man. Easy to talk to, and readily available and co-operative in every sense of the word.
OK he's done it all before, but his confident and caring manner shine through, and are very reassuring. He made many sensible suggestions that we had not thought of before, helped book the wake, checked that ALL arrangements were considered in. advance and made the whole process easy and comforting for me and all the mourners. I can't thank him enough.yes, it's his job, but he made it very smooth and straightforward every step of the way, and even made extra particularly helpful arrangements with the crematorium on a Bank Holiday to facilitate our travel arrangements which made such a wonderful difference.
Decent, respectful, efficient, caring, helpful, kind, spot-on.... says it all...

The service from all the staff Ross Declan Heather Audrey was lovely so caring and nothing was a bother . This is the second time we have used the Co op in recent months . One we paid for and the other was prepaid service the quality was still the same . Thank you so much for care and respect shown to ourselves and our loved ones

Coop funeral services in East Kilbride were fantastic. They guided us through this extremely difficult and emotional time with kindness and professionalism. We are a large family and each one of us felt that we had been listened to and our Dads service was exactly as we hoped it would be. Audrey,Linda, Heather and Ross were fantastic helping us plan the funeral and Dominic and Paul (and the other bearers) on the day of the funeral were extremely caring, especially helpful with Mums mobility issues. I would highly recommend Coop funeral service for assisting other families going through one of the most difficult times of their lives

The experience was definitely stress free and all concerns dealt with respect and a 'can-do' attitude, nothing was too much hassle. We were continually updated and re-assured that the arrangements we requested were adhered to. We can't thank Audrey, Declan and team for all their support.

The funeral director Declan could not have gone any further for the family than he did.
Excellent and personal service from beginning to end.
This was difficult for the pall bearers as far more people than had been expected attended my mum's funeral.
Nothing was too much trouble for them at all and they made the day go smoothly.
Very professional.

At such a horrible time for myself and my family, Declan and the staff at co op Eastkilbride where lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. They helped guide us through such an emotional time. Delcan especially took alot time to support and look after us. Which in a way made such a sad day a lovely day for us to say goodbye to Danny.
