Obviously it was a very emotional time for my sister Jan and myself but Kelly made it so much easier for us. She was professional and compassionate without being maudlin. She was really interested in hearing stories about Mum and we actually had a laugh. Cannot thank her enough.

The service we received was excellent from start to finish, empathic  but at the same time extremely professional, everyone who was involved in delivering my Mums funeral was exceptional, in particular Kelly who was the funeral director on the day of Mums funeral. She guided us through the process of the day with great support and kindness.

They made a very difficult and sad time for our family much easier to deal with from Day One when we went to see them. Audrey was amazing. She also recommended Henry Campbell (Celebrate). What a guy. He just wanted to get everything right for us. 
I felt as though everything just started to flow. I was worried initially. But I very quickly realised that I didn’t need to.

The wicker basket and flowers were beautiful and lightened the occasion. Every detail was perfect and it was such a lovely send off for our precious mum. From the minute we arrived at the Co-Op to arrange my dads funeral, we couldn’t have been taken care of any better. Everyone we dealt with treated us with the upmost care and respect. It made a very difficult time less stressful. I can’t thank the whole team enough for there care and support.
