During a difficult time for our family the staff at the East Kilbride Funeral Parlour were extremely kilns and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they listened to what we would like on the day and carried our wishes with a genuine regard for our feelings.
In particular we would like to convey our thanks to Audrey and Kelly for their genuine sympathy and understanding both before and after the funeral.

A very dedicated team at East Kilbride. Linda was particularly great and no question asked was ever made to feel irrelevant. We're now considering our own funeral plan and will certainly go with the Co-op Funeralcare.

Compared to other funeral places terrible mother in law passed away same year went with forest they were great coop only interested in money wasn’t giving time to pay had to use rent money to pay there and then disappeared time and time again I was so upset not offended a drink of water money money money all you want  telling people to stay away from you

Kelly and her team made arranging the days celebration of my mums life east. Their willingness to help us work out all the details was both helpful and also very comforting to us at a sad time.   In addition Kelly’s suggestions and in particular her offer of “purple” accessories for her team, went a long way to making the day very special to the family.

Such a wonderful and caring team. From first walking through the door, Linda listened and helped us organise a beautiful send off for our sister Maureen. Kept in touch with us throughout and recommended Henry Campbell(Civil Celebrant). Henry made, what we thought would be difficult
conversations very comfortable, even lighthearted at times. Kelly took us through the day with such dignity. Even a call the day after to just make sure we were ok.
When needed, without hesitation, will return to this incredible team for their services.

It was not easy to arrange my Dad’s funeral as I don’t live locally and could not meet in person. Despite this Lynda made the whole process as painless as possible, she explained the process clearly, her communication was excellent, she rang exactly when she said she would and confirmed everything clearly by email. She made an extra effort to coordinate with Carlisle to arrange the flowers we wanted and was even able to arrange live streaming right at the last minute. Overall an extremely professional service.
