Funeral arrangements on the day were almost flawless.  Very well directed by Craig. However support leading up to it was questionable. On discussing the matter with Drew Miller I felt that I was being lectured to instead of listening to a client who was grieving and struggling to get some support

Hello. The service we received from the Coop was good. There were a couple of times when we had to repeat our requests for details of the service two or three times, which we felt was a bit unnecessary and could have been distressing.  But apart with that we felt that things were handled well. Thank you.

Sadly this is the fifth funeral I have arranged with co-op funeral care in Ayr and once again they didn’t fail to impress, the funeral parlour it’s self seems be run like a well oiled machine and nothing seems to be a problem to any member of staff I have dealt with,I would like to give a special mention for a Drew Miller at Ayr who dealt mostly with the arrangements for this particular funeral right from the start I found Drew to be very professional in his job nothing was a problem for him he made great effort to take very good care of the family even to the point where he was phoning me at home to check everything was ok and check if there was anything else he could do to help, thank you to all members of staff
