  • 4 Julie Constantinou 13th Jun 2022

The funeral home itself was fine. They communicated with me when they had anything they needed to tell me. However I got a call from coop funeral care based elsewhere and the woman wasn't compassionate at all in tone. First of all she got his name wrong and then she told me she was sorry to hear about my husband. I told her it was my dad but I thinkbit went in one ear and out the other. Felt like a sales call.

  • 5 Deborah Cain 8th Jun 2022

Great staff. Very compassionate and professional from the start

  • 5 Joyce Stewart 6th Jun 2022

Dad had very specific wishes, all of which were carefully carried out. A high standard of care from Alex and his team was evident throughout and my own welfare was checked on regularly. Arrangements were swiftly done, Caroline was compassionate and skilled in listening to my wishes.  Order of Service was beautifully designed - a poignant talking point for many. The celebrant recommended was exactly right, as Dad wanted upbeat. Didn’t expect to get so many messages saying it was a lovely, funny funeral, but delighted to receive them - Dad would have loved it!

  • 5 Nova Badiali 30th May 2022

A very professional service from start to finish and Mariska who dealt with our enquiry initially was friendly and knowledgeable. She offered the packages available and left the family to make the decision on the funeral, no pushy sales technique. I also had the funeral director's contact number and on one text message which was after working hours he responded and dealt with the enquiry promptly.
