I cannot rate the coop funeral service high enough. The service that we recieved was first class from start to finish. They are so caring and passionate on the service that they provide. Totally 5 star service....Well Done.

I found the service provided by our very able Funeral Directors to be considerate, polite and caring. The support services being less “connected” to families seem as might be reasonably expected, a little more distant, while still readily available for taking messages, ensuring the close contact established ...as is required in planning this major event for families...is maintained with the professionals. The actual funeral was beautiful and our family felt well supported throughout. Our heartfelt thanks to Craig and to Drew in equal measure for their help through this deeply saddening time. We could not have been supported more by Drew and  the caring staff. From our first meeting we felt reassured that   mum’s passing would be honoured. A difficult time for our family was handled with sensitivity,  and great care and attention to detail was given. We will be forever grateful.

Overall very happy with the service provided. Only reason
It wasn’t rated excellent was the fact I was dealing with three different people over the week due to holidays etc so found I was going over the same information and forms a few times but only a small inconvenience.

Caroline and Drew both were faultless from beginning to end of the process of planning and conducting mum’s funeral. Everything was done with our mum’s wishes at the forefront and if there were fairy godmothers of the funeral
