I felt that Drew was very approachable and our wishes were catered for extremely well. Given that there were only 5 people attending; the service was well delivered and the carrying of my fathers coffin was a lovely touch, given we had no family members able to do so. The flowers requested were lovely as were the order of service booklets. All in all my father was cremated in a dignified manner and thank you to all the staff involved .

The staff were lovely.caroline was amazing in every step of the way. On the day of my wife's funeral. Drew and the staff were very respectful but also friendly we couldn't have asked for more.

Very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided by Coop funeralcare in relation to the death of my father. The staff who originally attended the house were very courteous and professional in their actions. The office staff were also very professional and helpful. They were clear and up front in what services they provided and at what cost. There was no sales pitch for anything and we got the exact funeral we wanted at a reasonable price. The staff who manned the hearse and attended the crematorium showed great respect and despite the rain a member of staff walked in front of the hearse and escorted it to the crematorium entrance. Thanks to all involved.
