All staff were very professional and very compassionate when we were arranging my mums funeral. Thanks to Audrey for all her advice and help arranging mum's funeral, she was fantastic. Drew and our driver Gordon were so lovely on the journey to the crematorium.

I enlisted the services of the Ayrshire team for my father's funeral in 2021, and was much relieved at the degree to which they shouldered the burden. Clear, concise instruction on what to expect: timescales, requirements, administrative tasks and the willingness to accommodate my wishes to the fullest. All inquiry was dealt with in a very timely manner with courtesy - crucial at a time when the mind is less focussed and guidance essential. Professional throughout, and able to share some more lighthearted moments, I had no hesitation in seeking their services for the recent funeral of my mother and received the same standard of care.
