The lady that dealt with the actual cremation service was really good. She was kind and compationate and very profession. On the whole the staff have been easy to deal with. I have 2 complaints which have resulted in my average review. The sent a letter to me containing a receipt for a payment and addressed it to Lt Cmdr instead of Mrs! My main complaint though is concerning the initial appointment at the office to sort out arrangements. This was held in a reception area with the administrate sat behind her desk and a sofa and chairs in the room, not at an angle to speak to the administrate. During are meeting several other staff walked through the room treating it as a general thoroughfare. There was absolutely no privacy to deal with a delicate subject and the whole situation seemed very casual and unprofessional.

Nadia welcomed us warmly, and was very kind and helpful throughout. The coffin and flowers were perfect, and the pall bearers were extremely smart and respectful.
The Celebrant, Carol, fulfilled her role expertly; the Order of Service and ceremony was all we desired.
Please extend our grateful thanks to Nadia and Dawn for their guidance and support on the day too.
I have been so impressed with the services provided by the Co-op from the Bronze Cremation Plans purchased in 2018 for both my parents. Much appreciated. Many thanks to all.

They held our hands throughout this difficult time.
Their communication with us was brilliant, always keeping in touch and helping us understand the process.
