Absolutely fantastic service from the ladies at Yeovil ,they took such good care of mum, and us , throughout. From picking mum up, until the funeral we can't thank them enough. So professional but very personal aswell. Fabulous x

I cannot speak highly enough of the team. They have looked after my family through two funerals recently and made the process so easy, especially when the situation is a sad time. Emily came out to discuss with Mum, what her wishes so when Mum died the Co-Op had a record of this. The crew who collected Mum after she died were very respectful and allowed plenty of time for us to say goodbye. We kept Mum for 35 hours after she’d died and had carried out washing, anointing and dressing before they arrived and our wishes were fully honoured. Maddie was so amazing in arranging exactly the funeral that our Mum wanted. Our belief system was different to many and that really was respected and held sacred always.  As a family we felt truly held and cared for from start to finish. Thank you to all concerned. You helped make a difficult time more bearable !

my dad in the Chapel of rest was smart in appearance thank you ladies we had a lovely minister which you choose for us and also
flowers by poppies and the Welsh service was lovely everything went smoothly which was much appreciated

Maddie and Emily were born to do this profession.
They are fully committed and nothing was too much.
They showed compassion and empathy throughout all my encounters with them.
I was desperate to see my dad the evening of his passing and Maddie made it happen and that was very special to me.
I can honestly say these ladies are absolutely amazing with everything they do and I’m so glad that I chose the co-op funeral care to look after my dad and us as a family to arrange his funeral as I don’t think I would’ve got the service I did anywhere else.
I didn’t have a normal funeral for my dad, we followed our family traditions which makes individual funerals very personal and for Maddie and Emily this was all made possible without any issues at all.
There isn’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to them both.
My dad really did have the perfect send off and I’ll be forever grateful to them both for all their help, comfort and support.

We cannot thank the staff for their amazing service enough. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciated so much everything they did for us. Nardia and Emily are an absolute credit to your company, from their kindness, empathy and nothing being too much trouble at this very difficult time for my family and they were there for us. Not forgetting the wonderful team from the bearers, drivers, flower arrangers, stationers, and not forgetting the behind the scene care who made my mum look beautiful when we visited her in the Chapel of Rest which was a very difficult day but once again Emily was there for us, showing her love. You all contributed to my Mum's funeral (even Emily attended the funeral to be there for us) being as hard as it was, made easier knowing everything was just as we wished. Please will you forward on to your wonderful staff our thanks, our gratitude and love because without them all, particularly Emily and Nardia this wouldnt have been possible. I write this a month after my lovely mums passing with an ache in my heart, but having the support from the girls helped so much. Thank you, thank you, I cant say enough......... just how wonderful Nardia, Emily and the team are. Love from Sharon Beale, daughter of Patricia Margaret Ann Belton.

We arranged a Direct Cremation and then interment of Dads ashes in the local churchyard via Coop Funeral Care in Yeovil 
The attention given to us by the Funeral Director was second to none . She was friendly whilst remaining professional, she explained everything that would happen and put our minds at rest that Dad would be lovingly cared for whilst in their care . 
I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use again if the situation arose
