Jo was so kind and understanding and helped make things a bit easter for me and the  family, for which we are very grateful.  My Mum got everything she wanted for her funeral and would have been pleased with how things went. Trevor from Stuart Foster was fantastic, guiding me through the process giving my husband the send off he wanted.  Although I was very nervous before hand, Trevor put me at my ease and everyone said it had been a wonderful service.   Thank you to everyone at Stuart Foster.

Stuart Foster funeral Services are the best. My friend/love one was placed in their care and they looked after him with the utmost dignity and respect. From the moment I made my first call to them, Ellie made me feel at ease. What a truly amazing young lady. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always only a phone call away for me checked in on me, advised, supported and guided me through the 'process' of saying goodbye to my loved one. Stuart was also very kind and supportive just as Ellie was, he did not mind taking a phone call 'out of hours' one evening when I was really upset and worried over something to do with some arrangements I had planned. His first kind words were don't "worry poppet", which put me at ease straight away and I was so thankful, for when we met for another chat at his funeral home the very next day putting every thing right again.
My special thanks also goes to out to the lovely Antonio for giving a beautiful service about him. I'm eternally grateful to you all and would highly recommend you to everyone.

From the moment we stepped in the door we were made to feel welcome and at ease. We spoke to Trevor about Kev's wishes who gave us as long as we needed.
When the time came for me to sort kev's funeral I spoke with Jo who again listened and didn't rush me. No question was a silly question and everything was explained really well. I was very impressed by the service given by Jo. I could contact her at any time with queries or worries, nothing was an issue. Jo also kept me informed every step of the way.
I felt that both Kev and I were both very well looked after by Jo and the team at Stuart Fosters and I would highly recommend them. We were very pleased with the service we got and everyone we spoke to was amazing.

Being a part of the Stuart Foster Funeral Services team, I knew that there was only one team who were going to look after my Step-Dad when he sadly passed. Stuart cared for all the funeral arrangements but I cannot thank the team enough for their professionalism, respect and compassion to us all.
Dad's service was perfect and we as a family, could not have wished for any more.
We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We were so deeply saddened by the loss of our father, however, in this very difficult time the team at Stuart Foster, (who are at the end of a phone 24/7 if you need anything) could not have been any more caring, supportive, understanding, respectful and professional. There was nothing that was too much trouble. From our very first meeting with Ellie through to our very courteous and polite driver Tom we send out our most sincere thanks and gratitude. Dad had a lovely send off and would been very proud. We would highly recommend them. A huge thank you.

Stuart and all of the team where amazing in every way, from Stuart and bob collecting my mum to take her to the chapel of rest to look after my mum, to Jo and Ellie looking after mum and for Stuart helping us arrange mums funeral. With kind and compassionate care I could not have asked for more my mum was treated like the queen she was. The service was beautiful and we were listened to on every detail we wanted to the interment a beautiful service. I’m proud to have you all by our side on the safest days of our lives. I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.  And respect to driving past my mums home one last time it was beautiful. I thank bob and Ellie for the upmost respect that day. Stuart Foster were recommended to us and I'm very grateful that they were. They did, without a doubt, help to make my Dad's funeral the success he deserved. Any questions or requests we had were dealt with with empathy, kindness and professionalism, and this applied to all members of staff that we had dealings with. We always felt we were being listened to and cared for.

Very happy with how straightforward it was to arrange the funeral. Never attended a graveside service but wow ,would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to attend the crematorium or church we took a great deal of comfort in this style of service. Mum didn't want a fuss and this met what we wanted which was to show our respects without the fuss of an inside venue. The celebrant Sue Huggins was fantastic we had our music and a great eulogy many thanks to you all.

I had chosen a non- attended funeral and would thoroughly recommend Stuart Foster funeral services. I  was really pleased that I could add personal touches including Dad wearing an outfit I had chosen and putting some photos into his coffin. I was given lots of support and knew exactly what would be happening and when. 
Ellie was amazing.

We are struggling to find the right words to describe how thankful we are that Stuart looked after our baby girl when she died unexpectedly, aged 15 months. From the first minute we met Stuart, we knew our daughter was in safe hands; he was a shining light for us and kept us going in the most difficult time of our lives. Stuart really went above and beyond; he met with us regularly, made himself available to speak to 24 hours a day and continually reassured us before, during and after our daughter’s funeral. He gave helpful advice but ensured that every decision was ours. He had such a professional and caring manner but throughout the whole process, it was Stuart’s kindness which shone through and in the most heartbreaking of times, we now feel we have gained a lifelong friend in Stuart. We refuse to believe there is a better funeral director on this planet and we will forever be grateful for Stuart looking after us, our family and our baby girl. Thank you.
