I am writing this as both an Ordained Minister who officiated the funeral and as family to my late Aunt whose funeral this was. Wakeley's were brilliant from beginning to end. The support was great, they were always pleasant on the phone and didn't mind explaining things again - and again. The funeral was very professional, they organised everything exactly as I wished and it went very smoothly. I chose them because several people recommended them to me and I can see why. I feel they could not have done more to make a difficult time easier for me.
