From the day I phoned Vik at Co-op WSM Funeralcare, I knew we were in good hands. Vik’s sympathetic and reassuring manner and her attention to detail made the painful process of organising my brother’s funeral much easier than I could have imagined. The service was faultless and beautiful, and Vik went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director and his colleagues cared for my brother with dignity and also looked after my frail, elderly mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Co-op WSM Funeralcare

My family & myself were more than pleased with the way in which Coop Funeral Care dealt with Alans funeral. We were shown respect and nothing was too much for them to assist us with.

Vik and Sam were both friendly, helpful and respectful throughout the whole process of arranging my father's funeral.
My only criticism is that the Co-op pricing structure would not give a reduction for providing our own coffin, otherwise we were very pleased with the service provided.

Thank you to all the staff for your kindness during this time. A special thanks to the Celebrant Christine for stepping in at the last minute, she gave a warm and special eulogy for Steve. Also a special thanks to Viktoria and Sam for sourcing the music for the service, l know it was not an easy task however Steve would have been chuffed to bits we all said it was a shame he wasn't there to enjoy it hopefully he was there in spirit. A special thank you to Tim for his dignity and respect in supporting our family.

Vik, Sam and Zoe were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond, I was so worried going into the unknown but they really did make it so easy for us thank you girls keep up the good work, and also to all behind the scenes amazing company would definitely recommend them.
