The funeral directors were excellent, they guided me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable at such a sad time.Nothong was too much trouble and Vic went above and beyond.My mums send off was beautiful and I'd like to thank everybody very much

Vik, our Funeral Arranger could not have been more helpful or conscientious over every aspect concerning the arrangements for my cousin's recent funeral.
From picking the Order of Service and choosing the Celebrant, Vik came up trumps every time. Always pleasant and always with a smile.
When it came to the Funeral Service Kelly, our Funeral Director was really helpful.Kelly noticed I was having great difficulty walking with crutches so she arranged for a wheel chair to be in the car boot to get me into and out of the Crematorium pushed by Neil, one of the coffin bearers.
Thank you girls for all your help and attendance you're both a great credit to Co-operative Funeralcare.

I never thought the process of organising mums funeral could be made in such a sensitive and supportive manner. Both Viktoria and Kelly made the day perfect with everything we requested easily organised. They really cared about mum with warmth and compassion. We really felt they understood who mum was and who she was in life. My sister and I are so grateful we could celebrate her life exactly how we wanted. Although upset all the family commented how lovely everything was arranged. Thank you so much.

We received excellent care from the moment we went to arrange funeral keeping us informed on every aspect of what was going to happen with a direct funeral,as we have never dealt with it before. Would recommend the Co-op funeral directors to anyone that needed to use their services

Did not tell me his cremation would be in Bristol. I went to Weston crematorium. You have his name wrong it was Thomas Edwin Adams. To be honest it was not the service l expected Delt with the coop in Birmingham before wonderful service. Weston would not recommend to anyone.

Viktoria was the funeral arranger and Liberty was the funeral director for my Dads Funeral.
Given that he passed  at the end of November and we wanted a church service and a burial in a double plot things could not have gone any smoother.
Nothing was too much trouble. And when faced with some tough emotional decisions about viewing the body Viktoria was there with her kind words and warmth to guide other family members through.
I will never forget the kindness and compassion shown by these wonderful individuals and all the staff we came into contact with during this difficult time

On behalf of my Dad and all of our Family, I want to thank you Viktoria (O'Mara) for everything you have done for us these past few weeks.

From the many telephone calls just checking to see how my Dad/we were doing, the emails informing us of each stage and status of 'things to be done' and of course mostly, the warm, friendly nature of you when we met at the Co-op branch (more than once) and the way that you figuratively 'held-our-hands' along the way, showing great empathy in our time of distress.

I/we cannot thank you and your team enough for everything from the start of the process, up to and including the wonderfully respectful way of transporting Mother/Edna on her final journey.

The special touch of your team wearing Mother's favourite colour Yellow cravats, which you suggested at our first meeting, was a lovely touch too.

Paul Maltby was an excellent choice of yours, as Minister and we were very impressed when we first met him at my Dad's house, then with all the dealings with him prior to the day of the funeral and especially for the wonderful service that he conducted for my Mother and us all.

It made an extremely emotional day, as good an experience as we, or anyone, could have expected or hoped for, thank you for suggesting and getting Paul for us; he is a warm, caring man, with great empathy too.

Excellent service particularly in light of the tragic death of our Niece Elaine. Due to age and distance we were unable to attend and Coop arranged a Direct Service giving us the assurance that all due sympathy, reading of a Eulogy and full protocol would be adopted. This gave us much piece of mind at this unfortunate and sad time

I feel the support and help we got at this difficult time was amazing. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. We were treated with kindness and most of all I know my father was treated with respect and the dignity he deserved, it meant so much to us as a family to know he was being looked after. Communication was excellent. I just can’t thank them enough for everything they did
