My husband had organised with SW Cremations to assist my daughters and I to have his cremation here in Devon. He was able to choose a small casket so we could transport Bill home to St. Helens. They were very efficient and supportive at a time when we were very vulnerable and in a state of shock.

The service provided was excellent. My initial phone call was taken by Sharon who dealt with my enquiry and request for a quotation, swiftly and sympathetically. Never having had to organise a funeral/cremation before, I wasn't sure what the process was. Mark, in particular, was immensely helpful and confirmed what I needed to do regarding death certificate, registering the death etc.  I highly recommend South West Cremations.

South West Cremations have acted with great kindness and consideration throughout the heartbreaking time of losing my beloved sister. It was a great comfort to me knowing that this was one less thing to fret over.
The funeral arrangements were acted out exactly according to our wishes and we were particularly delighted with the quality of the casket and flowers: just incredible! Thank you so much for that personal touch given to all your dealings with us. Much appreciated.

My husband's wishes was to have a direct cremation.
Having found South West Cremations online, the
Information pages on all services of which they provided was straightforward and easy to understand.
I gave them a call to ask a few more questions.
I spoke to a very nice man, who was very helpful.
I did not pre arrange the cremation, only called them when my husband passed away.
Mark Robson looked after us, very nice, friendly, easy to talk to and followed all my requests.
His job as he said was to look after my husband and that he did.
Mark kept me informed of all procedures that followed.
A week following the cremation, my husband's ashes were returned to me at our home.
I would highly recommend them to anyone for the service, care, and sympathy that they provided made the very sad occasion easier to deal with.
