The service we received right from the very first phone call when dad passed away was exemplary. So professional but caring too.
 Orlando was our main port of contact and he kept in touch all the way through the arrangements, advising when necessary and guiding me through the forms when needed as it was my first experience with arranging a funeral. 
I chose a direct cremation as that was what dad wanted. Everything was organised so well and I was told when everything would happen and dad’s ashes were hand delivered back to me the day after his cremation. Nick who delivered him back to me was a lovely guy and very professional too. 
I would not hesitate in using South West Cremations again they took the worry and stress from a difficult occasion and were there every step of the way.

Absolutely 1st class from start to finish. Mark and his excellent team were professional, compassionate, caring, kind.
Mark explained the whole process every step of the way, kept updating via calls. 
The service was unbelievably flawless. 
I would 100% recommend Mark and him amazing team, and would absolutely have no doubt in using this funeral director’s in the future.

We have a small family so wanted a more personal funeral without too much fuss.
Mark assisted all the way with our requirements and his suggestion of everone putting a red rose on the casket before the committal was a lovely idea.
