From my initial meeting with Simon, I knew I was in safe hands, Simon and his team showed empathy, respect, patience and understanding, which really helped me to make all of the right decisions for the funeral, which was so important for me to get right. The Funeral Directors is the best I have ever been to .there is nothing to much trouble. They look after all the family members. Not just the loved ones we have lost .the service they do is outstanding. I would definitely use agen.so helpful

Following the death of our father Simon & his team were both caring & supportive.
They treated him with dignity & respect throughout.

They were available to us at any time with any questions or concerns we had & nothing was be too much trouble for them.

They helped guide us through a very difficult time, from Simon's first visit to us through the day of the funeral itself.

Special mention to James who both in person & over the telephone has a very empathetic manner.

Very understanding at a very traumatic time, but at the same time non-intrusive. They know how to help and are willing to do whatever the family feels appropriate, but also when and how to give space for grieving. All standards very high.
