Prepaid funeral plan. All worked pretty well.  No problems.
All very professional and respectful.
Slightly disappointed with the celebrant pulling us off track from what we wanted. Our eulogy was cut right back to allow her to add extra readings that we didn’t necessarily want. She kind of made it her own.
I felt the need to apologise to some of the mourners afterwards, as some of it wasn’t right.
I’m not sure who was in control of the music either, it totally blasted everyone out of their seats.  
Inappropriately  loud for the occasion.

At a time when accurate information is paramount the whole co op experience has been absolutely shocking! 
I think my mother has been cremated but to be honest, I don’t honestly know, that’s how bloody terrible it’s all been handled!

We would like to thank Taunton funeral care from our hearts in particular Sue who went up and beyond helpful. Thanks to Sue the whole process of the passing and cremation of mum was so much more easier to cope with. With us living in France the whole thing was so daunting but the care and compassion Sue showed was undeniable above excellent

Geoff was very helpful and organised throughout and the funeral went smoothly. He did say there would be a follow up call the week after the funeral but I never heard anything. I also haven’t heard back about my dad necklace that was being made. Claiming the remainder of the balance back from one family has also been difficult (mostly the communication).  That’s the only reason why I haven’t given 5 stars.

My Dad's funeral was arranged with great care and attention as was my Mums in February. Nothing was too much trouble even making sure I was isolated as much as possible due to ongoing treatment. My friends and relations also commented on the beautiful service that was just right for my Dad. Thank you to Geoff and his wonderful staff.
