When we first met with Charles he told us he had not worked  as a funeral director for sometime and as a consequence was a bit out of touch. It took quite sometime to go through all the arrangements as he had to check things with a colleague. As a result we were initially a bit concerned about the funeral itself.

However in the weeks prior to the service Charles kept us informed and replied promptly to emails regarding the order of service and other arrangements. On the day of the service Charles was fantastic, very supportive and everything went like clockwork and just as he had outlined to us. We are very grateful for his help in arranging such a personal and fitting celebration of Mum’s life.

The Co-op Funeral Services were excellent. Our funeral director Nic struck an excellent balance between sympathy, understanding and a little humour. I cannot recommend them too highly.

My Mum's cremation arrangements have been dealt with perfectly by Taunton Co-op.  I felt they listened to my wishes and treated my Mum's sad passing with the upmost respect which is all a family can wish for at this painful time.  Thank you.
