On behalf of all our family , we were thoroughly satisfied with how Julie and the team at Oak in Williton dealt with mums funeral arrangements. From the first meeting all the way through and including the service, we were kept informed and advised. Very professional service with a lovely personal touch aswell. We could not fault the service we had. Orlando was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. He went the extra mile(s) (literally) to make sure my brother's ashes got to us at the church service.
He made sure everything went smoothly.

I can not fault the service we received.  Orlando Levy was so attentive, thoughtful and kind from the moment my sister and I enquired about the service until the day of the funeral. He organised everything for us. He acted on our requests in such a manner that it left us feeling as though he had known our mum personally which was very comforting especially as we live so far away. I would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone.

Orlando was our Funeral Director, and we could not be more pleased with the service he provided. He was professional but also incredibly compassionate throughout the planning, on the day, and afterwards. He understood our needs (particularly mum not being able to be present in the chapel) and accommodated everything we asked for, including setting up a charity donations page. His communication was clear, he answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made us feel completely at ease that everything was in place and being taken care of. A huge thank you to everyone at Oak funeral services for what was the perfect send off for our mum it really was very special and the day couldn’t come f gone any better. From the moment we walked into your office you made us feel at ease and very welcome nothing was to much trouble and if we were unsure of anything you talked us through it and gave us options that we more to our needs. All that attended said it was lovely and our mum would have approved of the whole day especially the music and also the words that Beverly put together. 
Beverly is a lovely lady so easy to take to and how she put the words together was just perfect so a big big thank you

We found Mark and his team caring and compassionate in looking after Mum and took us through everything step by step. There was never any pressure to make hurried decisions. Mark looked after all the arrangements, which was a great relief during our time of sadness. We would thoroughly recommend Oak Funeral Services, as Mark was a pleasure to deal with.

Were able to contact them very quickly in the evening to come and collect my late mother, once she had been certified dead, they gave us a time that evening and were on time.

They were very efficient, compassionate and very thorough and were always on the end of the phone or email to discuss arrangements very promptly.

Would thouroughly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the funeral on 24 January in Williton. The willow coffin and flowers were just what I wanted and the cortege with Orlando processing in front, the hearse and bearers all very smart were impressive. As I live in Essex and the funeral was to be in Somerset, Orlando was most helpful in explaining what would happen on the day and Revd Phillips also had to deal with me by text and phone. Oak funeral services managed both of my parents funerals as they had requested.Having pre arranged this themselves was their final way of caring for us children.They had put their trust in Oak funerals and they were right to do so.Mark showed a perfect balance of professionalism and kindness and was there at every stage to support. Orlando organised a lovely service. Nothing was to much trouble and he stayed in contact with us the whole time. 
The flowers our uncle loved were not in season but that didn’t stop Orlando with the beautiful gift of a daffodil bulb for everyone to plant. He went above and beyond. 
Orlando made a difficult time a lot easier with his knowledge and compassion. 
I would and will recommend you to anyone.
