Outstanding. Bex was like talking to a friend, and she was so helpful when dates for the funeral had to be changed. James and everyone at the crematorium and church were so helpful and patient as mum is in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble, helpful and friendly

The entire team showed outstanding care, compassion, respect and patience. James in particular was incredible. He guided me through the process step by step and gave me confidence in knowing that Mark was being looked after. He showed the utmost kindness, care and understanding and I am truly thankful to him for making a difficult time a little easier to cope with.
