A pure cremation takes the stress away from the family while dealing with grief. 
Emma at Burnham on sea branch was fantastic. She explained everything that would take place. Even though we don’t have much involvement. Sandra’s wish. 
My aunty still had a song played and a eulogy read.

Becky and her team were absolutely brilliant. Becky was so kind, compassionate and thoughtful. The support I recieved was above and beyond. Trying to navigate this process whilst feeling emotionally vulnerable is hard but everyone I met through Co-Op Funeralcare were so lovely, professional and helpful. I'm so grateful to everyone. I'm going to put my own funeral plan in place with them. Thank you so much.

I found Sarah at the Co-op Funeralcare at Burnham-on-Sea very helpful in walking me through the process of the arrangements necessary following mum’s death.  The loss of a family member is often a new experience so it’s important to have your hand held by someone who is sympathetic and knowledgeable thereby removing the stress associated with a funeral.

Sarah and Tim went out of their way over, above and beyond our expectations. They kept us informed every step of the way and  helped us immensely with arrangements which was an unexpected bonus for us as we live in Bucks 150 miles away. To arrange the funeral in 2 weeks was due to Sarah’s expertise and technical ability in every aspect of funeral care. She liased with   us with the utmost  care and compassion advising   us to visit the local registrar in Beaconsfield  and your local funeral care office in Amersham. The lady there at Grimsteads ( her name escapes me ) was equally as helpful and compassionate to us and liased with Sarah immediately. So lovely that we had this brilliant service from Burnham-on-Sea for our loss  for a much younger Sister which helped us cope. Just a last mention for Tim who was so wonderful with our Sister. He treated her and us with the utmost dignity whilst in his care. At the crematorium he was so caring and professional. We cannot rate the Co-op highly enough. Their excellent customer service was outstanding and we were so lucky to have been in their hands during our unexpected loss. Just a quick mention about the coffin and limousine. The coffin itself was absolutely splendid and the limousine was very smart which did Victoria proud. We are so pleased Victoria chose you by taking out the plan prior to her passing. You are truly lucky and grateful to have dealt with such amazing staff who gave their utmost to give Victoria a marvellous send off. Thank you so so much.
