You have been amazing from start to finish. We couldn’t have had more support and felt more cared about. You went above and beyond and enabled us to say goodbye in a way that was most fitting allowing us to do all we wanted in the right way. Mark and Marie did my mum so proud. The stress and worry of organising everything was taken out of all my family’s hands. The service was perfect. Attention to detail was amazing and the care went above and beyond for my dad, my sister, myself and the children. Most importantly I knew my mum was well cared for and in the safest hands. Thank you all so much and to everyone behind the scenes.

Has handled my husband and brother in laws cremations amazingly made everything easy and has been a fantastic support. Nothing is to much to ask for with them. Highly recommend.

Stephens & Robson in Minehead prepare beautiful send off for my beloved father last month but not only that was heart warming - also the fact Mark looked after me and made me feel calm about my dad. I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough, their professionalism and caring is first class.

Mark, as primary contact and Funeral Director, has a personal and extremely caring touch, which the family were fortunate to have experienced prior to the passing of my Mum, who had been suffering from a long illness.

From the moment Mum was taken into Mark's care from our home, and throughout all of the planning to make the celebration of her life a truly wonderful and uplifting ceremony, his attention to detail was second to none.

The peace, reassurance and tranquillity was a truly wonderful thing to feel knowing Mum was in the best hands possible.

All the staff we met and engaged with throughout the whole process were very professional and friendly - they did a magnificent job in organising everything for the funeral for my father from start to finish - keeping us informed at every stage - we would highly recommend this company, excellent service. Marie at Robson and Stephens, was brilliant, kind, helpful, and very professional.
She helped us with everything that needed addressing, and sorted it with no problems. Communication was always there.
It's a difficult time for us all, but with the funeral and other bits taken care of by Marie. We were able too focus on dad, rather than paperwork. Excellent service
