At a time that I truly didn’t know what help I needed, it was there for me along with compassion and love that helped beyond expectation. A funeral is so much more than the one hour that most people see and Robson and Stephen’s really made it perfect for us. I will forever say thank you

From the moment I first spoke to Mark Robson I knew I had chosen well. Mark is dedicated, compassionate and caring. He supported me through the arrangements I needed to make, he organised the music, the flowers and also arranged a Celebrant for the Service. Marie, our Celebrant was wonderful, caring and so very kind to us on the day, and a beautiful speaker.
Nothing was too much trouble for these two.

The moment I reached out to Mark to take care of the sudden passing of my step dad and husband to my mother, nothing was to much trouble.
The compassion and care he showed to us as a family, was unbelievable.
We were guided by Mark every step of the way, he was so sensitive to our needs of our loved one I'm glad we chose him to take care and attention to our most precious loved one.
He helped liaise with the hospital, and guided us through the mind field of when someone passes and what to do.
I would have no hesitation to use Mark and his team to help us if we require his services again.
Thank you is not enough for what was a very painful time for us as a family, you just helped to make a difficult situation a little easier.

Very professional indeed,took care of Geraldine,when we wanted to visit her in the chapel,it was arranged with care,
We requested a hearse,they supplied a lovely silver one,with a lady driver,that was brilliant.thank you for being so caring from start to the sad finish

Robson & Stevens Funeral Services were absolutely amazing. We needed to have the funeral at very short notice and Mark sorted everything out. He took all the pressure of us and got everything done. We especially loved his kindness and care throughout the whole process. He is a through professional from start to finish. We felt very well looked after. The premises was warm and welcoming, with all the latest tech, like streaming, music videos etc. On top of all this they were incredibly good value. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team. They are superb.

From the moment we met Marie and her team at Robson & Stephens, we knew we were in good hands.

Everything was done so professionally but still had care towards everyone's feelings.

Although it was hard saying goodbye, Marie made everything so easy to bear.

Marie took the service and there was not a dry eye in sight, everyone said it was a beautiful send-off.

Thank you so much for everything you did to help us give Cara the send-off she deserved and for the bookmarks with Cara's poem on them.

Mark Robson dealt with the arrangements in a clear and professional way. He answered all our questions sensitively and with compassion.

Orlando and Marie both done an amazing job with both my dad and mums funerals.
Orlando supported us all the way through and was always there when we needed anything.
It made it easier to know that mum and dad where in such safe hands.

Due to the particularly tragic circumstances, the family were deeply distressed and I cannot thank Mark enough for his sensitivity and professionalism.
