Coop funeralcare have been very supportive and informative throughout the whole funeral planning process which in our case was a burial and we had no idea where to start. Charlotte our contact was caring and professional thoughout and we together planned exactly the right funeral for our family. Jose at Bath was very kind and helpful. It was very straightforward
As there was no funeral. Just a cremation  at Westerleigh but we were kept 
Informed of the day this was to happen and when we could pick mum’s rings up.  Thank-you to everyone.

Charlotte was wonderful, as were all who we had direct contact with. We had a few issues with the setting of the Order of Service and a last minute issue with the flowers but both were sorted well in the end - it just caused some stress.

Their care, support and respect throughout the whole process of arranging our Dad's funeral was second to none.  They constantly kept us up to day with arrangements and even after the funeral they have contacted us to see if we are OK.  Highly recommend them.

I saw my father taken from his home on his death. I expected it to be traumatic, it wasn't. The people that came were very gentle with him, kind and caring. The office staff also only showed kindness and understanding of our grief.
